"Called Bob about some minor water damage in basement to carpet and asked for his recommendation of where the problem may be coming from. He  offered to come out and take a look but recommended I look into a washing machine hookup to see if the problem may be coming from there. He didn't think we needed a full-service carpet restoration and cleaning/drying, but made some suggestions of how we might go about trying to fix the problem ourselves since it was a small job. He also remembered the job and many details about it from last year, which was quite impressive! Very polite, courteous, professional and helpful. Will call him in the future."
