"They did a good job of cleaning the carpets.  However, there were some spots left on the front side of some of the steps.  As he was leaving, he tried to clean one and said it would not come off.  I later used spot remover and easily cleaned all the spots.  Only after they arrived was I told that the special price only applied to carpets that were cleaned every several months.  I felt I should have been told that on the front end."
