"Todd arrived ahead of schedule and ready to work. His technology was new to me and he took time to answer all my questions and concerns. He pre-treated stains and went to work. He was able to do my house in an efficient and timely manner. There was little residual moisture so the carpet dried much more quickly than traditional steam cleaning.
