I especially appreciate that he is super organized and keeps his work area tidy and clean as he goes. Pricing is very fair and assume it depends on the work effort. I had the entire lower level cleaned, a sunroom, and also many upholstered chairs and armchairs cleaned. Tom is not one to take breaks and have distractions. He is 100% focused on you and your home.
