"It went pretty well.  They were pretty informative.  They gave me the option to do additional work rather than just doing it & saying it.  They said that I didn't have such & such, and if I were interested in that rather than just doing it and then saying that they did that & it would be such & such charge.  They were very professional and courteous.  They wore booties before coming into the house.  They cleaned up when they were finished.  I couldn't have asked for anything better than that."
