"The cleaning was not very thorough"

"Michelle at Premier did a great job of educating me on how to care for my 20+-year-old leather coat, on what needed to be done to renew it, and cleaned it so it was almost like new. She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here)."

"we feel fortunate to have been able to bring WGC to our home. An excellent job of cleaning windows and steam cleaning carpets. Conscientious and hardworking!"

"Samuel cleaned my 4 bedrooms, hallway, living room and 30 stairs .... they price was reasonable, I loved that he confirmed the price with me before starting (so no hidden costs) and they look AMAZING! I have three teenagers. NEVER expected this result! I would recommend this company in a heartbeat! 5 room special: $129 2 complete flights of stairs: $80 (Sorry pictures are turned - can't figure out why or how to fix but hopefully you get the point.)"

"Kenzie has cleaned for me several times now, and her work is always consistent. She's trustworthy and dependable, and her prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend her cleaning services."

"I had my house windows CLEANED (inside/outside)--not repaired. The house is almost 30 years old and the windows (to my knowledge as 3rd owner) are original to the house. Premier came out and cleaned the windows as requested. After they left I noted some areas that seemed hazy on one side of the house. They returned to re-clean those windows in front of me (from the outside while I was inside), and it was clear that it wasn't their products nor cleaning ability but the age of the windows that had a haze that could not even be scraped off. I was satisfied with their patience and professionalism in handling my return request. I would hire them again."

"Clarence did superb work. Carpets look great, clean and refreshed. He is punctual and I highly recommend."

"I recently had my dog pass away and he had left numerous blood and urine stains all over my carpet. There were also stains that had been in my home since I moved in about ten years ago that I was unable to get out when I had my carpets cleaned perviously. Neil came over to give me a quote and was compassionate and understanding. He told me he would do his best to get all of the blood and urine out and would even try and get the old stains that had been there for several years. The job he did was nothing short of miraculous!!! He got all of the stains out including the old set in stains that my previous carpet cleaner was unable to remove. My carpets have NEVER looked so clean and he even got the odors to come out of my carpets. I would highly recommend this company as their service was unbeatable and their prices were fair. I am thrilled with the job Neil did he exceeded my expectations!!! Thank you so much for the wonderful work you ve done!"

"Wasn't aware I needed to supply all the cleaning utensils so didn't have the mop ready. I loved the helpful and friendly attitude from my cleaner. Great experience!"
