"Dave, the owner, was very agreeable and pleasant to deal with, scheduling the work according to my time frame. His employees did a great job stretching carpeting as well as shampooing and were also pleasant to deal with. The carpet was steam cleaned with a very powerful suction extracting years of accumulated dirt out of the carpet. Much better than any portable hand operated unit could ever do. As another carpet cleaning company told me, make sure the company is experienced and works out of a truck for the cleaning. Carpet Doctor is the best!"

"It was great experience, she was very professional and good at her work"

"Shonda did a great job! For the amount of work she did the price was extremely reasonable. My carpets and home have never looked cleaner. My house is large at six bedrooms and I was very impressed with the attention to detail throughout the house! Hiring someone trustworthy and kind is so important. I highly recommend Sweeping Beauty cleaning services."

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"The service was very good. They were thorough, dependable, and everything was very clean. I've been using the service almost a year now. I use the service every two weeks, but recently, it was every week. They respond to my request very quickly and I do the payment electronically. They were flexible."

"I am very pleased with their services."
