"This was the most fantastic experience I've had with a cleaning service. I e-mailed on a weekday night to schedule service, and I received a call back the next morning from Elliot, first thing. I was given a clear explanation of the services, fielded a LOT of questions (so that we were on the same page), and was able to schedule a cleaning for that week. I was surprised by the estimate (5 hours seemed low for how dirty everything was), and I was even more surprised that it came in right at 5 hours. The job was thorough, and she happily cleaned a few things that I pointed out. When she left she slid the invoice under my door, and Elliot charged my credit card (which he took before he left).
