"Called first thing in the morning after I submitted request online at night; set a time, but called to say they could come earlier same day, which worked well for me. I appreciated the call. I had planned on a light cleaning, but we ended up with 4 hours of cleaning. I worked a room ahead of them, and left them with the knees only work that I cannot handle anymore.
