Not many companies provide specialized, professional offsite cleaning for these types of rugs. They also have specific pet solutions to treat stains on carpets as well and provide a guarantee that these issues will be solved. Off to a good start. "After reading mixed reviews, I decided to give Michelle a try as she was the only person I called that said she was willing to clean the grout in my floors and baths. She arrived on time, and she worked non-stop for close to 6 hours. She did a great job. My bathroom has never been so clean. The grout in my kitchen floor was very clean! She did windowsills, baseboards, etc. I will definitely be hiring her again and recommending her. She explained that she got the bad reviews after she was in a bad accident, and was not 100% recovered."
