The owner twice showed me "before" and "after" photos to demonstrate what they actually did (a nice touch) and offered to send them to me in order to share with my wife (who wasn't present). I added the furnace cleaning option, which was provided at a slightly reduced rate (as opposed to an individual service call for that purpose), as well as cleaning out the dryer (just the unit, not the venting, which I completely replaced later). These add-ons were not forced, but simply offered as options "while we're here" -- thus both convenient and affordable. No complaints working with this company."
