"Sabino was great to work with. He was professional and thorough when initially inspecting roof. He completed a major job with tear off of layers of asphalt and cedar shingles. He installed the new roof with quality products. Most importantly he worked well with us in a honest manner when issues arose to rebuild a chimney and replace beams on a rotting porch. His prices were very reasonable. He did a solid job cleaning up the area when finished. It is never an easy experience to have an old roof torn off and replaced, but Sabino and his workers made the experience positive."

"I haven't had my gutters cleaned in a few years, so I honestly can't recall what I had paid in the past -- and I guess everything these days costs more than I'd expect. Mike offered to quote just cleaning the gutters that would probably be the worst, but I decided to have him do all of them. He had to cancel the first appointment for a quote because his son was ill at school and needed to be picked up (that happens when you're a parent!), but we spoke the next day and he offered to come out later, after he finished his last job. I could have scheduled the work for any time, but wanted it done soon -- and he got it done within a couple of days. As far as having work done on the house goes, it was a very pleasant experience. At the very least, call him for an estimate (but you'll like his work.)"

"I have a 30' x 8' front porch on an old house. 17 windows on the exterior side had been painted and repainted over many years. They scrapped off paint, removed old caulk and re-caulked, and painted a new coat of paint. The house is over 100 years old and I don't know when the porch was added, but it is old. Work on old houses takes patience, knowledge of old houses, and an appreciation for working on them."
