"This a great company. I think they called the same day that I contacted Angie’s List looking for area rug cleaning. My contact was Christina, who was very helpful and just all-around nice throughout the whole process. We set up an appointment date and time, and I was sent email and text reminders so I knew exactly when the technician, Dave, would arrive. Dave was great too. He cleaned the area rug in our condo with minimum disruption. Our condo is pretty far from the parking area and he had a hose that made it inside. Dave is also very nice, so nice the we requested him for another carpet cleaning a week or so later. Both carpets were thoroughly cleaned. I believe the pricing was fair and competitive with other companies doing this kind of work. Next month I will be calling them again for duct cleaning."

Sergei and Dennis were very extensive with every supply and return. I was shocked after seeing the before and after pictures side by side. "**3 Stars** I hired Karla for a one-time move-in/move-out cleaning for a 1,000 sq. ft. home. The place was almost completely empty, and the total was $250. On the positive side, Karla was excellent to deal with. She gave a same-day quote, was very responsive, and arrived right on time. She is incredibly friendly and professional in her communication. However, the cleaning itself lacked the detail needed for a move-out. Despite the house being almost empty, she was only there for about 2.5 hours, and I ended up spending an additional 3 hours cleaning after her to get the place tenant-ready. I specifically asked for the walls to be a focal point, but I had to scrub them myself, along with the baseboards and grime around the doorframes and windows. She did forget the cabinets initially, though she came back to finish them once I called. I think Karla would be excellent for standard maintenance cleaning, but for a deep move-in dive on an almost empty home, I expected more."
