The next morning (Sunday!), she stopped by his place to assess the situation and later quoted a very reasonable price. She also assured me that she would do a very thorough cleaning and she did! I live in another state, so Catia sent me pictures, before and after she was finished with his apartment. Wow! His home was spotless and in addition to cleaning, she helped him organize some of his belongings. We will most definitely use her services again! Great communication, showed up on time, (rare quality among contractors these days) cleaned all the gutters on my house and garage, plus had to take apart & clear out a major stuffed packed downspout that I was unaware of, (showed me photos) which I am grateful. Charlie checked all other downspouts around the house and re-secured a loose downspout and did not charge extra. Made the right decision going with them and will do so in the future. "This was a very challenging job. They had to remove a dead smelly squirrel from my fireplace. They were one of the only companies willing to come out and do it. And they did it cheerfully without complaining even though it took several attempts to get it out. And they showed me the animal and then put it in a plastic bag and disposed of it. I was so glad to get the smelly thing out of my house!!! And they cleaned the chimney and didn't make any mess. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them. Ask for Ray. He's very competent and explains things clearly to you."
