"Our roof & siding were cleaned. After the cleaning, our house looks almost new. The technician covered areas of landscape that he thought would be affected by the cleaning solution spray. If you have plants or bushes close to your home, it is important to request that they be covered. The technician will know if the shrubbery will be affected. The technician sprayed the bushes around our home with water after the cleaning to eliminate any burning of the foliage on the bushes. We are pleased with with our overall experience from beginning to end."

They were on time, did a full diagnosis of the problem, presented options for the needed repairs at reasonable price points to ensure I had full information (for example: do I prefer to clean the filter or replace it? Repair the aging motor or replace it with a new one? Etc). The lead team member, Tony, showed me before/after pictures of everything they worked on to ensure I understood the work they completed and they follow that up with a full report detailing the work, with photos, for my files. I needed extra attention to 4 bathrooms that I had neglected and she told me they would look brand new after they finished and she did not disappoint. The grout in the flooring was discolored and the shower needed extra attention. I was more then pleased. They did nothing less then magic. It s beautiful. Their detail is over the top. "Windows cleaned inside and outside as well as side of house washed on 11/14/2021. Did an outstanding job. Windows look like new and cleaned all dirt and algae from siding & sunroom. The house is more cheery and seems to let in more light. It's amazing how much more we can see now. Windows were spotless. Unfortunately I can't post a picture but the side of the house was covered in algae and accumulated dirt. I think he wet everything down - applied a soap solution - and rinsed. Regardless, he did an outstanding job and made the house look great. I can't comment on price because we didn't get estimates. I thought the job he did was worth the price. Martinez is a professional who takes pride in his work. We will be doing this once a year from now on."

"Our electric clothes dryer blew a thermal fuse because it got too hot. Fixed that but suspected a dryer duct blockage caused the high temperature. Found Chimney Masters through Angi. Requested quote. Good communication and scheduling process. Not cheap but reasonable price for the work done clearing out a 28 ft dryer vent that exists above the second story. Reasonable enough to do on their recommended every other year schedule. The cleaning made a mess outside but they cleaned everything up. They even reattached the dryer with a new flex duct. Would hire again."

"While trying to logon to a long disused Angie's List account, I accidentally entered my contact information into this web site. The result was that this contractor called me within 5 minutes. Since I was actually looking for someone to clean my gutters, I entertained the phone call. The lady I spoke with, Beth, was polite and friendly. I took a chance and agreed to have them come to check my gutters --- knowing they we're already clogged. Beth told me that Jeff was already in the area and would be finished with his current cleaning at 1230. She said he could come by and give me a quote at 1400. She also said that if we agreed on a price that he could do the job today. Both Jeff and Beth arrived at exactly 1400 hours. We agreed on $225 for the cleaning and he began immediately. He had a $3500 commercial vacuum with wireless video camera designed to suck all the debris out of the gutters. He and Beth did most of the work from the ground, but Jeff climbed a ladder just to be sure everything was clear. The entire job took around 2 hours. The vacuum also kept all of the debris from being dropped on my deck and flower beds. They were both polite and respectful. I would certainly use them again. I would also recommend them to anyone interested in a gutter cleaning. I recommend they buy a domain and assemble a web site. They were a lucky find."
