"This a great company. I think they called the same day that I contacted Angie’s List looking for area rug cleaning. My contact was Christina, who was very helpful and just all-around nice throughout the whole process. We set up an appointment date and time, and I was sent email and text reminders so I knew exactly when the technician, Dave, would arrive. Dave was great too. He cleaned the area rug in our condo with minimum disruption. Our condo is pretty far from the parking area and he had a hose that made it inside. Dave is also very nice, so nice the we requested him for another carpet cleaning a week or so later. Both carpets were thoroughly cleaned. I believe the pricing was fair and competitive with other companies doing this kind of work. Next month I will be calling them again for duct cleaning."

He did a great job of cleaning it from both ends, and adjusted the dryer hose to an optimal length and resealed it with tape. Also cleaned vents well. I am very particular about mechanics, handymen, and service people. Mack's is on the short list of people I will hire again. The serviceperson was polite and personable as well as very competent. And, he took pains not to track up the carpets. Mack's is a good choice. You'll be satisfied w the results."

"Everything from appointment setting to service was excellent. Setting appointment was prompt and easy. Upon arrival, he did a quality inspection of everything to be cleaned and explained any and all potential issues. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I bought a very old home that had never been cleaned before. They did a great cleaning job and also made recommendations and showed me areas of concern. I will definitely bring this company back for future cleanings. He even added a reminder to his own calendar to call me to schedule next year's cleaning. I've done whole house cleanings before and this was the best service I've received to date. Cost for cleaning was $225 but I also added installation of UV filter and did a mold killing service as well. But both add-ons were quite reasonable."
