"This a great company. I think they called the same day that I contacted Angie’s List looking for area rug cleaning. My contact was Christina, who was very helpful and just all-around nice throughout the whole process. We set up an appointment date and time, and I was sent email and text reminders so I knew exactly when the technician, Dave, would arrive. Dave was great too. He cleaned the area rug in our condo with minimum disruption. Our condo is pretty far from the parking area and he had a hose that made it inside. Dave is also very nice, so nice the we requested him for another carpet cleaning a week or so later. Both carpets were thoroughly cleaned. I believe the pricing was fair and competitive with other companies doing this kind of work. Next month I will be calling them again for duct cleaning."

"I'm very satisfied with the service I received. They called immediately following my request for air vent cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. I scheduled an appointment. I received a call prior to that appointment telling me that a piece of their equipment was broken and asked if I would reschedule. They were very accommodating with rescheduling. I received a call 10 minutes prior to them arriving on time. When they arrived they explained the process, looked at each room in my house, and gave me the same price I was quoted over the phone. The two people were very efficient in working together and cleaned everything up when they were finished.
