"I did not use their service. I declined their services. They were prompt, on time, and courteous. I'll use them again if I need them. They were looking to encapsulate my crawl space, which was going to be up into thousands of dollars. I was just trying to insure that when my house was sold, that a home inspector didn't come along and say I had mold in my house or crawl space etc, which would of prevented me from selling my house until the issue was resolved.
