"We had a Hot Water heater hose malfunction and fill our condo with 1 to 2 inches of water. It ran for two days before anyone reported it. Upon calling Jim & Jay they responded and were on site in less than 2 hours. Their team set up and began excellent and professional remediation service. They took care of our Condo like it was their’s. Jay went out of his way to explain everything they were doing and documented it all. They were thorough and exceptionally clean throughout the whole process. I highly recommend this Team to anyone."
