They were on time, professional, and considerate to our needs and ensuring no dust or residual would escape back into the house. My husband has COPD and we have pets. I saw the inside of the ductwork before being cleaned and was amazed any air was able to get through. After being cleaned out ductwork looked like it had just been installed, brand new.
