"Dan returned my call promptly. He was able to come out the next day and called when he was on his way. He cleaned our dryer vent and also cleaned the vent inside the dryer. He was very professional and showed us the build up of lint that he removed. Before he left, he gave recommendations for how often we should have it cleaned. Dan was very polite and professional! I was told they were professionally trained and should be doing things they were not. The next time they came (it is not always the same people) I questioned them about my base boards . The worker said "We don't do baseboards." I said "I called your office and they said that was one of the services I paid for. When I relayed this message to the worker she said, "Oh they don't know what we do. Later after letting them go I hired a woman that used to for work for them. She said they would go in a house, do the things that were obviously in need of cleaning and skipped the rest."
