"They were on time and professional. I was told once they got there in order to clean all the ducts in the house, I'd have to pay an additional $300+. I was even told that doing the package that I bought wouldn't do much at all and they were surprised I wasn't told over the phone while I was scheduling the appointment. I told them no each time and eventually they understood that I wasn't playing hard ball.
