"MI Elite Window Cleaning sent a crew of 3 to clean our windows. We have a colonial home, so it makes it difficult for us to do the windows. They came on time; did a perfect job; gave me information about next season's cleaning procedure; were professional and pleasant. We will certainly hire them again in the spring. I've already referred the company to a friend. Thanks for such great service."

"From the professional front office 1st calls and never changing competitive quotation with Kaley, to the appreciated email follow up from Jared prior to our service date, to the fabulous house, front walk, rear patio stone, and exterior window cleaning we could not be happier with the results that Mickey delivered today. Thank you Excel team!"

"Very professional and great customer service. Don was very knowledgeable and before starting the cleaning explained in detail the entire process."

"Ken provided excellent service and did a brilliant cleaning the gutters in our 50 year old home."

"The first time I used them. They were acceptable but as time went on the quality of work declined. I called the office a couple of times and asked about things they should or should not be doing. I was told they were professionally trained and should be doing things they were not. The next time they came (it is not always the same people) I questioned them about my base boards . The worker said "We don't do baseboards." I said "I called your office and they said that was one of the services I paid for. When I relayed this message to the worker she said, "Oh they don't know what we do. Later after letting them go I hired a woman that used to for work for them. She said they would go in a house, do the things that were obviously in need of cleaning and skipped the rest."

"Zoja Crystal Cleaning Services did an amazing job cleaning the house, especially the kitchen appliances, basement, and garage. Zoja, I want to extend my thanks for the outstanding service and professionalism you have provided."

"Early in the fall I contacted Ron to clean our gutters but ask that he wait until all the leaves were down. The weather did not cooperate but Ron and his wife and daughter came out on Christmas Eve and clean our gutters. The work was complete in less than an hour. The cleanup was perfect. Ron and his family are personable and knowledgeable. They also anchored down the gutters on the second story of my home. I will use their service again and I highly"
