When she saw how hefty the bill was she kept insisting on giving me a $20 tip. That was weird but confirmed my conviction that I was ripped off. Since when do maids get $60 an hour? That will be my last visit with them and quite possibly you. Called back and gave a total refund!"

Replacement was not a service they did, but they did supply the name of a company to contact for replacement. They were very honest, only charged for the services they provided. I would recommend them again and will use them again myself."
