They showed me the accumulated debris that was coming out, and fixed a gap that allowed air to be drawn up from the basement around the return. They were very careful when moving furniture to access the ducts, as well. On top of doing a wonderful job, they were the nicest guys imaginable. Since the duct cleaning, there is no longer an odd smell when I turn on the heat, so that was immediately noticeable and a real improvement. I have already noticed less dust on my furniture. The guys said he â kind of forgotâ . He did showed me all the debris he got out, And explained what he found and how they cleaned it. The only thing I was not very happy is that they left me with this thing that is not yard debris in my yard trash can,, not sure the garbage service will take it."
