"Whenever I'm going to make a purchase, from Amazon, other retail stores, restaurants, etc., I always read other peoples' reviews. Searching for a company that says they do deep cleaning AND follows through has taken me a year. After reading reviews for Hall-Mark Premier House Cleaning Service, I hurried to their website. It told me everything that I wanted to know, that this wasn't just another pretty maid service that dusted and vacuumed. I KNEW my house had a lot of grime and was willing to pay to have it cleaned really well...the baseboard edges, wood paneling around doors, etc. I put in a request for a quote. Easy peezy. Nathan, their Sales Mgr, (he had a really nice voice) called me within a few hours and we talked about the different levels of cleaning and how much it would cost. He made everything very clear and also emailed me a list of the things the cleaners would do. I WAS SET TO GO! Hall-Mark had a full schedule and so did I but somehow they managed to squeeze me in. No, they didn't just spray and swipe with a paper towel. The cleaners were on their hands and knees, or a ladder, with a bucket of water! This was serious cleaning and they washed every single minutiae, the least little spot, of my house, like that. It'd be neat if I had taken some before and after pictures but I didn't think of it. My advice would be to give them a call. Your home will be so clean...and you'll be kicking yourself and wondering why you waited so long."

"Faith and her sister cleaned my house incredibly well in a reasonable amount of time. They were able to get surfaces clear and sparkling that had been riddled with hard well water. They were both very friendly and kind. It was a pleasure having them in my home to help create a clean and inviting space. They also used higher end cleaning products and were conscientious of using the appropriate product on certain surfaces. I look forward to having Faith back in a few weeks."

"I would definitely recommend Advanced the cleaning services because they are fantastic. Well worth the money which was not expensive it goes by how big your home is. But I got to see for myself the pictures of how bad my air ducts were so dirty. The owners before me never clean their air ducts, so I was breathing in all that dirt and dust, and all that stuff was nasty. After it was cleaned, he showed me the pictures of it, and I was amazed of the Difference, well worth the money definitely recommend them they were on time and the fact they were early and it was great and I am on the schedule to be done in another year because I have animals that live in the home. It smells so much better they put a sanitizer which also keeps mold, mildew down you would want to have clean air in your home."

My only suggestion for the company is to have the CSR who is doing the scheduling ask if the carpet is wet. I appreciate that the techs who came initially had explained why the could not clean it that day. Price paid included teflon application and a senior discount."
