"We have had the pleasure of working with Ed and his team at Down to Earth Cleaning since the beginning of last year, and we could not be happier with the exceptional service they provide. They handle all of the industrial cleaning at our factory and consistently do an outstanding job. We have also used their services in our home, and the quality and attention to detail have been just as impressive. Ed and his team are thorough, professional, kind, and incredibly easy to communicate with. They take pride in their work, pay attention to the details, and always leave everything looking sparkling! We highly recommend Down to Earth Cleaning to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and hardworking cleaning team. "Al came out to my house to clean the chimney. He was very nice and was easy to work with. He showed me the brush they used to clean the house chimney. He knew exactly what to do and went over the whole process with me. He is an asset to your company. I would recommend him to any of my friends that needed to get their chimneys cleaned. "Excellent customer service and focused on ensuring everything was done correctly. Took time to do work right and keep things clean. Spent extra time advising on best practices to reduce creosote in future and when to replace igniter. Will retain company for all future services on pellet stove and chimney services."
