We think he should have moved some of the smaller pieces of furniture rather than vacuuming/sweeping around them. He didn’t clean any fans or blinds. Before he started we did point out that the shower doors needed special attention and he did do a good job with them."

"Overall excellent service. The tech called and asked if he come come early since his last job had been competed much quicker than expected. He gave the fireplace a thorough inspection and cleaning and found that it was not configured properly - no sand beneath the logs. He added sand and re-positioned the gravel and rock wool. I asked about the condition of the logs and he said the entire system was in good shape (for it's age) and that the logs should last for a number of years. I will definitely call them for next year's annual service or if problems arise."
