"Monica has been cleaning our house for a few years and she is fantastic. She and her team are reliable, honest, very hard working, super nice people and boy oh boy do they know how to clean. Every baseboard is dust free, the blinds are clean, the oven gets cleaned, the bathrooms are spotless as is the kitchen. Everything on the shelves gets picked up and dusted under not just around. Same goes for cleaning under the furniture. We have a dog and I haven't seen a dust bunny anywhere around the house even under the beds since I hired Monica. They came out the same day we spoke with them to take a look and draw up a quote and then came back the following day to do the cleaning on our dryer vent and put in a new vent on the house. "My review of the work I have had done by Thomas Gianni & Sons Inc.. They really did a great job of working on my property. I call their office and asked to get some excavation of removing a couple of tree stumps in my yard and to put down approx. 20 yds. of gravel in an area near my shed. It was just about three or four days and they call me back to confirm to come out the next day, June 22. Their employee came by early in the morning and went over all the project. Figured out what equipment he needed and measured up for the materials and started the work about an hour later. He was very cautious and caring about minimal damaging to the yard. After removing the stumps he graded the surrounding area with the machine to the point where I only needed to rake it out to plant new grass. The gravel was put down flat and clean; not a mess. I would definitely hire them again."
