"The worker arrived promptly , and worked the entire time with no breaks he was polite and careful and he clean the ducts and sanitize them and also clean the dryer vent he took pictures and video of the before and after cleaning he cleaned up after the cleaning was over and very satisfied."

"They did not do a good job. They left my wood floors with white streaks. My bathrooms were not cleaned properly. Overall, it was a terrible job. I appreciated the fact that they responded to me about the job that was previously done. They came back and redid the job, which I was pleased with. I am even considering hiring them to continue with cleaning my house."

"It when well, the techs were knowledgeable and professional and advised me about issues not explained to me by previous service provider and except for ash stains left on my light colored carpet. unfortunately due to their removal of protective covering before completing work on the pellet stove (had to have the area scrubbed), otherwise I am very satisfied with this company and will use them in the future.

"Called Ned Stevens to get gutter cleaning and they had a great deal on cleaning service that comes out 4 times a year and lowered the overall price of the cleaning so was worth it to pay for the service. Only bad thing was have to pay that whole fee upfront but the guys were very professional and did a wonderful job."
