"These guys were great! We got turned down by two large companies because our dryer vent was almost at the peak of our roof on the second floor, but these guys took it on. They came out the same day we spoke with them to take a look and draw up a quote and then came back the following day to do the cleaning on our dryer vent and put in a new vent on the house. I would attempt to do it myself but came to the conclusion I needed help. Lester was professional, timely and very efficient. He replaced the damaged dry wall, repaired and sanded other areas and then painted it all in less then a day. The work was flawless and he cleaned up so well you wouldnâ t have know anyone was there. Excellent and professional job with both the drywall and painting."

"My review of the work I have had done by Thomas Gianni & Sons Inc.. They really did a great job of working on my property. I call their office and asked to get some excavation of removing a couple of tree stumps in my yard and to put down approx. 20 yds. of gravel in an area near my shed. It was just about three or four days and they call me back to confirm to come out the next day, June 22. Their employee came by early in the morning and went over all the project. Figured out what equipment he needed and measured up for the materials and started the work about an hour later. He was very cautious and caring about minimal damaging to the yard. After removing the stumps he graded the surrounding area with the machine to the point where I only needed to rake it out to plant new grass. The gravel was put down flat and clean; not a mess. I would definitely hire them again."
