"Very good cleaning of our carpeted floor and restrooms in a dance facility."

"Gentlemen that came where great but they removed our filter and didn’t replace, tried to get ahold of them again to bring a new one out but no response. We ended up going and buying a new one ourselves even though we already paid for It in the overall service cost."

"The young lady arrived on time and ready to work. She changed my bedding, washed sheets and towels, folded and put away where they belonged. She dusted including the fans in the 3 bedrooms, also vacuum and mopped the entire house."

"I was first impressed when the owner, Mr Rankin , answered the phone within 2 rings. After explaining what i was looking for , Mr Rankin explained in detail what his company could do as far as duct cleaning of my HVAC system. He was forthright and knowledgeable and answered all my questions regarding his company's reputation and experience. Immediately after our conversation he emailed me a very detailed quite and his company insurance documentation. My appointment was made., and he texted me the names of the technicians. They arrived on time, equipped with booties to wear thru out the house. The work performed took about 4 hours from start to finish. Mr Rankin's techs were extremely polite and very respectful . They also took their tome cleaning up after themselves. We have noticed an immediate improvement, so much so i was considering replacing HVAC unit before i met Mr Rankin. Now the unit is working as it should and my entire hone is very comfotable. I am so happy with the results and if you are considering getting your HVAC ductwork cleaned and sealed , I would highly recommend this company. Good to see great customer service. Thankyou to Mr Rankin and his team of professional technicians"

"Great! Showed up on time, did a great job and made a huge difference on the way my house looks. Didn't realize how dirty my windows were until I saw how clean they could be LOL! Definitely recommend this company."

"We'll see if it makes a noticeable difference in our well-being, but our peace of mind has definitely been improved by the vent cleaning. Highly recommend Air Specialties for the job. They showed up on time, worked their a**** off, got up into the attic and cleaned the actual trunk lines, took a lot of videos and pictures to show their results, and eliminated a lot of mold and dirt residue. Very professional, friendly, and they only do one job per day to make sure they take as long as it needs to do a thorough job."

"The ladies that clean my home are always friendly and efficient in their work. Inga, the owner, is always courteous and quick to reply to my texts when I have a question or need to move a cleaning day. She seems to genuinely care about her employees, too."

"Excellent cleaning services were done, as I requested, in several areas not listed in this report, in addition to the power washing outside surfaces. Such as window and blinds cleaning, mud cleaned off brick foundations, driveway washed, outdoor furniture cleaned. Prices were reasonable for the service provided."

"The first time I used them. They were acceptable but as time went on the quality of work declined. I called the office a couple of times and asked about things they should or should not be doing. I was told they were professionally trained and should be doing things they were not. The next time they came (it is not always the same people) I questioned them about my base boards . The worker said "We don't do baseboards." I said "I called your office and they said that was one of the services I paid for. When I relayed this message to the worker she said, "Oh they don't know what we do. Later after letting them go I hired a woman that used to for work for them. She said they would go in a house, do the things that were obviously in need of cleaning and skipped the rest."

"Job was done just as requested"
