"The first time I used them. They were acceptable but as time went on the quality of work declined. I called the office a couple of times and asked about things they should or should not be doing. I was told they were professionally trained and should be doing things they were not. The next time they came (it is not always the same people) I questioned them about my base boards . The worker said "We don't do baseboards." I said "I called your office and they said that was one of the services I paid for. When I relayed this message to the worker she said, "Oh they don't know what we do. Later after letting them go I hired a woman that used to for work for them. She said they would go in a house, do the things that were obviously in need of cleaning and skipped the rest."

They explained what they were looking for and what they saw. To our great relief, we were told we didn’t have a mold problem and that we had no need of their services! No fear tactics, no sales push, just honest assessment. I’m thankful for their knowledge and professionalism and would highly recommend these guys if anyone I know ever does have a mold problem because I trust that they will only do what needs to be done with out the worry of being over charged."

"Called Ned Stevens to get gutter cleaning and they had a great deal on cleaning service that comes out 4 times a year and lowered the overall price of the cleaning so was worth it to pay for the service. Only bad thing was have to pay that whole fee upfront but the guys were very professional and did a wonderful job."

"Anthony's cleaned up a couple of maple trees from storm damage, took down two pine trees and trimmed a couple of other trees as well. They did an excellent job of cleaning up . The guys he sent out were a friendly and courteous crew. I almost gave him a 4.5 in customer service because initially it was not clear when they would actually be able to do the work. But, when I asked and let him know my schedule, he jumped right on it. We are very pleased with his work and would highly recommend him."
