They were here on the weekend an did the job without EXTRA charge for it like most company's do..nickolas did a excellent job very professional.. Everything was covered with drop cloths and it looked cleaner then when they started...they arrived on time which i like he even called when he was on his way.. If you want to hire a 10 star company that cares about there customers then hire JOVANY..he will be back to do my future projects seeing he said he does alot more then drywall..thanks buddy and see you again in the future.."

"I scheduled the team to come in after my lawn service had finished cleaning leaves. They arrived one day after the requested start date with a team of two people. They finished the work in about 30 minutes and cleaned the gutters and bagged the leaves for pickup. This was truly professional"

"We have a large, double-sided fireplace that created so much smoke in the house it was pretty much unuseable... previous owner had also installed doors that were too small for the openings, so even more smoke escaping around them... but we loved the doors (and you can't get them made like that anymore) and wanted to reuse them... German and his crew came out, listened to my needs (remove existing doors, narrow openinga on both sides by one course of additional brick, and reinstall doors, properly sealing them) and took detailed pictures of the existing brick to match it... the estimate was very reasonable, and the work was completed promptly... the bricks they found matched existing beautifully, and they got the grout perfect as well... they checked in repeatedly to make sure we were happy with the colors/etc... While here, they also inspected/cleaned fireplace and chimney, and suggested we parge the smokebox inside (for safety and for better draft)... additional quote provided on the spot, and additional work completed with the original work... they also water-sealed the exterior chimney bricks, and resealed the chimney cap... Tested fireplace after waiting for all mortar to cure, no more smoke in house!! Cannot recommend these guys enough!!"

Of the three businesses homeadvisor.com listed, Rob called me right away, explained what he would do and quoted a price at the low end of what I expected to pay, so we scheduled a time without waiting for another call. He gave a two-hour window of when he would come and called when he was on his way. He cheerfully answered my questions, cleaned the vent, and cleaned up before he left. (One of the other companies called several days later, and I never did hear from the third. ) I appreciate that this is a locally-owned business where I was able to deal directly with the owner."

"We wanted to get our dryer vent cleaned but companies would either not do the work since we had a flexible duct through the wall or they charged us a really high rate to use a different method. All Pro did the cleaning for a really low rate and discovered a tear that they recommended getting fixed by replacing the duct work. They cut a small hole in the ceiling because we had other piping to work around and replaced it with a semi-rigid duct. They did great work and charged less than what I was quoted. Ivan kept in touch with me to keep me updated about the status. Really happy with the results."
