"This was my first experience with Dryer Vent Wizard. I needed my dryer cleaned & checked for accumulated lint. Mike Gurley was the service technician that came out to do my service. He was very courteous & professional. He explained the components of my dryer & how to check for lint buildup. Before any work was begun, he prepared a quote for my approval. He replaced original vent hose with a fireproof one along with a pest-proof outside vent cover. I feel confident that the work was done correctly. I feel much safer now that the dryer is lint free & operating correctly. Thanks Mike, great job!"

They explained what they were looking for and what they saw. To our great relief, we were told we didn’t have a mold problem and that we had no need of their services! No fear tactics, no sales push, just honest assessment.
