"They did an okay service, it wasn’t great.  So we went back with the personal maid that we had.  So we have someone new that comes in and does the house now.  However, Maid Brigade’s services were okay but they didn’t do a great job.  There were no additional charges besides the big deal.  There were three cleaners who came in and they just did basic sweep and wipe down but it wasn’t as thorough as we wanted it to be.  They did show up on time."
