They were responsive and worked with us having to reschedule multiple times because of weather. They were unable to clean the chimney because of the condition of the chimney, but gave a very fair estimate.

Alex, the owner, is extremely professional and pays attention to detail. He uses products that are safe for humans and pets and sanitizes all services. He goes over and beyond, even vacuuming our dog's bed. We would recommend him to anyone, without hesitation.

Joe and Jordy are two of the people that take care of our cleaning. They perform these cleaning services on a regular basis and they have also performed deep cleaning in our warehouse recently. They do amazing work! Always do a great job! I have used Joe for years and always have the best results. They are flexible, patient, and cooperative.

Matt was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and reviewed the options and the cost of each. I appreciated that there was no charge for the initial visit which included a chimney/fireplace inspection and presentation of service options/costs.

Paul and his partner very careful when they move furniture inside the house to make room to take out those things that are not needed any longer. Just remember that they canâ t read minds so if you need anything to be done you should tell them and theyâ ll happily do it and they wonâ t add on to the original estimate (unless itâ s something huge of course ha ha). Being the fact that theyâ re so kind I usually give them more money for compensation for the extra work they have done. I have more work to be done and I have the option to get someone else to do the work for me but I wonâ t because I like Paul and his partnerâ s work ethic SO MUCH that I wouldnâ t even consider anyone else. I canâ t emphasize enough that they are super nice people and they work with you as much or even more then most people in this business five stars and thumbs up for â Pauls Junk Removalâ service!
