"The service tech that Ultimate Chimney Sweep sent out was fantastic. He took the time to educate me on my chimneys, potential issues, and what he was going to do. He took lots of pictures so he could share with me, real time, the condition of my chimneys, and what he felt was required. He ended up doing less work than what I initially planned for. He told me that work was not needed on one of the two chimneys I wanted to have cleaned. He said he could certainly clean it, but would basically be taking my money . Honesty in service is one of the most important things to me, and with Ultimate Chimney Sweep, I got just that - and great service!"
