"They were very friendly. I however would never hire them again. After they said my upstairs was finished, I checked it. They never moved the furniture to clear the dust behind it. I had to check the downstairs also. Some things were missed. Also in my kitchen. I was never told appliances would be extra. They could have at least cleaned the front of them. There was still dirt on the cabinets after they left. Although I was told I could call them back if I found anything else as they would be in the area, it was easier just to do it myself. They arrived right on time and a quick and efficient job. During the process Peter(the owner) without prompting, kindly explained each step they were doing and why as he and his assistant did the inspection and cleaning. He also explained to me how my chimney was constructed, what caused the smoke to blow back and how to avoid it in the future.
