"Great customer service. Cleaned everything beautifully. Bathrooms are spotless, oven sparkles, everything is fresh and clean."

"Ryan and Clayton were super professional, pleasant to work with and, most importantly, honest. They cleaned our dryer but explained that our ducts were clean and that their cleaning service (using a brush) would not be suitable due to some ducts having wires running through them. They did so even though that meant that we would not be able to use their business in the future for duct cleaning. Otherwise, I would not hesitate to hire them to do the work."

"Maid was on time, thorough, and went above the call of duty. She exceeded my expectations."

"Team was fantastic - exceeded my expectations! They were very communicative and prompt. They came to provide an estimate for the work (cleaning 2 full baths, kitchen, and powder room) and gave options for more services (cleaning the blinds and baseboards and doors). We took them up on the bigger clean and WOW my house is shining! So happy we were able to use them. Highly recommend - wish I had used them sooner!"

"they arrived on time and did a good jobs on both air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning last two years ago. my wife and i were happy and want to hire them again for their professional job."

"Brandi does a great job at cleaning the house every two weeks. Kitchen and bathrooms are very clean. Floors are vacuum and wash. Brandi is very personal and engaging in conversation. The house always smells clean and fresh when she leaves. It’s been a pleasure to have her clean the house."

"Josh was great very professional and friendly. On time service. Couch cleaning and front hall rug look great! Would definitely use this company for any of their services"

"The work was fine. However, after they left, I felt like an idiot for allowing them to push me into buying other-related services that resulted in the price more than doubling from the estimate. I knew that $99 was low for duct cleaning, so I talked about what other charges there might be & added dryer vent cleaning and furnace cleaning making the estimate $199. The technician suggested cleaning the air conditioner compressor outside, the water heater & some part of the furnace not already covered. I agreed to these extra services & expected to pay for them. However, I don't know why there was more to the furnace than that for which I already agreed to pay. And, I consider the amount charged for these services to be way out of line. I was an idiot for agreeing, but I don't like having been put in that position and I think they saw a sucker & took advantage of her. I'd prefer to know about other potential up-selling when I am making the appointment. If that doesn't matter to you, their work seemed fine."

"I have used Details & Dixon's Home Services for window washing and for gutter cleaning, and have been very happy with the services. The teams have been professional, and in the case of gutter cleaning they were careful to make sure all gutter debris was removed from the yard. I would definitely use them again."

"Professional, friendly staff. Cleaned up area every day. Minimal dust was a great relief for me."
