"Erica was excellent: thorough, diligent, skilled, a good communicator, and with her assistant knew how to divide up the job to get it done in a complete and timely manner. I would gladly retain her company’s services again."

"Daniels cleaning service were the only vendor to respond to my request. Not only did we set something up quickly but they were able to clean both fireplaces and give me a better idea about future service"

"Excellent and timely service. Took great care to keep the area clean within the home and was very personable."

"Cole called me right away with a great attitude. We are a business and he did a great job on our windows."

"The first time I used them. They were acceptable but as time went on the quality of work declined. I called the office a couple of times and asked about things they should or should not be doing. I was told they were professionally trained and should be doing things they were not. The next time they came (it is not always the same people) I questioned them about my base boards . The worker said "We don't do baseboards." I said "I called your office and they said that was one of the services I paid for. When I relayed this message to the worker she said, "Oh they don't know what we do. Later after letting them go I hired a woman that used to for work for them. She said they would go in a house, do the things that were obviously in need of cleaning and skipped the rest."

"My fence had blown down in a recent storm and I didn't want my dogs getting out. All American came out promptly and gave me a quote that day and started the following Monday. The service was very well done and completed in one day. The owner was very polite and easy to work with. I am looking forward to them coming out and pressure washing my patio and decks. I would recommend this service."

"Jorge did a fantastic job cleaning my gutters and the underside of my solar panels. He was punctual and provided before and after pictures of the work he did. Would hire again!"
