She hasn’t ever compromised work quality, regardless of the task/time, and it is hard to find people with her kind of work ethic/integrity these days! I couldn’t be more happy with the service & her bubbly personality, especially for the price. And my dogs took to her right away, which is huge because they never liked the previous cleaners I’ve hired in the past & this saves me additional time/money by not having to kennel my dogs during cleaning appointments. "Fantastic job. Tyler L and Tyler H were both terrific. They cleaned out the entire duct system, and did a very thorough job. They showed me the accumulated debris that was coming out, and fixed a gap that allowed air to be drawn up from the basement around the return. They were very careful when moving furniture to access the ducts, as well. On top of doing a wonderful job, they were the nicest guys imaginable. Since the duct cleaning, there is no longer an odd smell when I turn on the heat, so that was immediately noticeable and a real improvement. I have already noticed less dust on my furniture. "Douglas was responsive, polite and punctual. He was able to start sooner than anticipated and he and his crew basically performed a miracle on my yard. Douglas even worked around my bee hives and problem solved with me on how to protect both the bees and the crew when they needed to use machines near the hives (cheesecloth and duct tape with a sheet over the hives). I've been fighting the blackberries for years and I thought it was a losing battle. I've hired Ramos Clean Up before and I'll hire them again if I ever need to because the quality and price can't be beat.
