"Martin and his team arrived on time and began to clean my windows which I had never had professionally cleaned. I have one room which has 18ft ceilings with 3 large windows near the top and 3 near the bottom. The height was never an issue. They were equipped with appropriate ladders which allowed them to get the job done. I had read another Angie's list review and saw that they also cleaned ceiling fans so I added the fan in the 18ft room as well as one in the master bedroom. In all, they cleaned 27 large windows on all three floors, cleaned an entry storm door, two French doors, and a basement slider as well as smaller transom windows above the doors. They did a thorough job and did not rush. Most of the windows had glue residue left from the original stickers. They meticulously removed it all with razor blades ...being careful not to scratch or damage the windows. The high ceiling fan was a challenge because it was in the middle of the room but they were able to adjust the ladder to reach it. They even cleaned the feet of the ladder before leaning it against the wall.They were very neat and careful not to bump or mar the wall surfaces as they went from floor to floor. Martin and his team were amicable and very professional. You could tell that they take great pride in pleasing the customer by doing outstanding work? My windows are so clean..I didn't realize they were that dirty. The difference is glaringI I plan to use them again next year to power wash my house as well as clean the windows. I am very pleased with the job that they did and look forward to working with them again. They have my highest recommendation
