"The ladies were friendly, professional and methodical. Before beginning they had us point out critical areas that needed special attention. After that they got to work. They cleaned for about 3.5 hours and left us amazed. The kitchen and bathroom required the most work and now look brand new. Getting soap stains of shower doors has always been an issue for us, but they now look brand new. They cleaned doors, windows, ceiling fans, switches etc. apart from vacuuming moping, making beds, dusting furniture and picture frames. Just a very through job. No issues at all. "Work was accomplished, however, the cleaners did their work, however, failed to tell me at the beginning before work started, how many "panes" they would be cleaning. What happen, is that all windows were cleaned, but it was for more panes than what the agreement called for, which is a total of 15 panes. I counted by windows, and the panes were approximately 14. I paid for a higher number than this. My sliding window doors, going out the patio, are larger than a "standard" pane, which I do not know what are the dimensions for a standard pane, however, I know that they would possibly count for a larger number of panes. My final price also included cleaning the screens, which I agree with, but the number of "panes", that I am not happy about. I did go ahead and pay, but in the future, I will be asking probing questions, that I would expect the vendor to provide, prior to commencing to start on the work."

"We have been using Two Guys & A Sponge for approximately the past 2.5 or 3 years. The owner, Tyler Hanson, typically performs services at our house 3 times a year and always does a very nice job. He is very thorough and efficient in his work. We typically schedule him with about a weeks notice and he's always on time. While working he's very careful around the house (> 2,800 sqft) and leaves everything "squeaky clean". His pricing is fair and he always completed his work in a timely fashion. We highly recommend his services. "

He was here when he said that he would arrive, took a quick tour of our home to locate all of the windows, and got right to work. He has a 30 day guarantee so had we had any issues, he would have come out and made "the job right". Good service and a quality job at a reasonable rate; you can't ask for more than that."
