As happens, there were a few surprises that Sigi addressed immediately, letting us know what additional work was needed. He resubmitted bids in a timely manner so we knew what to expect. The prices were very reasonable. We are delighted with the final design of the dry river and the beautiful steps to the adjacent patio.
