"My husband & I has hired LAMP Properties to design & build multiple projects for our personal home and our rental properties. The range of jobs they have done for us so far include, renovations on our rentals, re-shingling a roof, siding, gutters, and adding a beautiful outdoor patio & kitchen area to our home. Each and every crew was very professional, polite and hard working. At days end, they even cleaned up behind themselves so the only thing you noticed was the improvement when the jobs were finished. The communication between us, the design team, the project managers, and the office staff was exceptional. We will defiantly use LAMP Properties / Design + Build again, when we need any other work done."

"I was confused, at the beginning of our project to remodel our home. It was overwhelming I didn't know who to call or what permits were needed. Certainly, didn't have the budgeting done, but I found L&L Drafting and Design through Home Advisor. They helped us out tremendously. They helped us with the budgeting, drew the plans for the remodel, and helped us pick a contractor."
