I was my own project manager for everything but the bathrooms, where I had a designer, and Luis could speak in both designer language and in 'normal person without construction experience' language at all times without dumbing things down. Would always explain the 'why' when he would explain the construction possibilities. They did parquet throughout the top floor in keeping with the rest of the 1920s townhouse that looks great.
