"Excellent experience, and that says a lot because moving is usually a nightmare! They showed up with real professional equipment, not just a basic dolly. The stair climbing dolly was incredible. Heavy furniture went up to a second floor apartment smoothly and safely without scraping walls or beating up the pieces. It saved a huge amount of time and effort. They also brought heavy duty dollies, straps, thick blankets, shrink wrap, and the right tools to disassemble and reassemble furniture quickly. Everything was organized and efficient. You could tell they do this everyday of the week. The guys worked hard, placed everything exactly where it needed to go, and made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving ahead of schedule having completed the job early. Hiring a crew that brings thousands of dollars in professional equipment and a million dollars worth of know how makes all the difference. Big thanks to everyone involved! "As can happen, the project started out slow. Ryan was a little late the first day. But we discussed it, and he made up for it by getting right to work. He had a couple of guys with him, and they all worked very hard taking out the old deck, and getting ready to put the new one in it's place. During the project, we had a couple of hiccups (which I was quick to point out...lol). However, Ryan took care of them right away. And, as anyone who has ever done home repairs can tell you, sometimes unexpected things come up. Ryan went out of his way to take care of them as well. As for the new deck, I had a very detailed design that I wanted executed, and Ryan and his guys did a great job making my vision a reality. Bottom line, I am so pleased that I will keep him in mind for any other jobs that I may decide to do in the future."
