Nick also found that a water supply pipe in our utility space was undersized and was limiting water volume to our exisiting baths and showers and corrected that at no additional charge. There were no surprises regarding pricing."

FULL version: Of 9-10 bids for our bathroom from reputable contractors, Dan provided the only true *estimate.* It was detailed and easy to understand, clearly outlined scope of work, defined exactly what materials we are responsible for, and which he takes care of, proposed clear timelines for work and payment schedule. He really stood apart from verbal ballpark quotes and unclear handwritten quotes. As we hoped, this attention to detail carried through to the rest of the job. He never took the easy or short way, he did everything the right way. Both were very talented with high attention to detail and very, very focused on customer service to ensure satisfaction. Also, very professional and well spoken. Never did we need to feel as though we needed to inspect or challenge the quality of the work. You couldn't ask for better ambassadors for the company. I visited the installation every 30-60 minutes, and was very impressed with the quality of the product and the robustness of the installation design/method and also the materials. As the plan was executed he was flexible to our requests yet honest with his recommendations. His crew was professional and easy to work with. He was pricey but we surely got what we paid for.
