He communicated every step of the way. From obtaining the building permits to asking repeatedly “Is this what you are thinking?” He sent us a visual representation of what our deck would look like. During the build he worked with the Town to ensure all codes were met. When some of the building materials were not up to his standard he went back and ensured we had the absolute best quality even if it delayed him by a day. We have already scheduled him and the crew for our next update. His crew are just amazing too. There is a high level of respect between them and Tom and they also are detailed focused ensuring the best quality product. The inspector even commented that this is the best work he’s seen. They cleaned up all the materials after. This is the team you want!!"
